About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless care delivery for patients in a surgical or non-surgical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a patient advocate to ensure access to healthcare services
  • Coordinate care delivery with healthcare providers and teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and families
  • Manage confidential data with discretion and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, or 2 years in a customer service role
  • Prior experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
