We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our Cancer Services team at Overlake Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers to facilitate a smooth check-in process.
  • Collect and distribute patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system (Epic).

Requirements
