Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Motorola Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical and engineering fields, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering public safety projects or technical deployments. Excellent presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English are also essential.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams to implement solutions. The successful candidate will be able to identify customer expectation mismatches and work with the project manager to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical solutions by collaborating with project managers, application specialists, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify customer expectation mismatches and work with the project manager to mitigate them.
  • Develop and manage costs and schedules by identifying technical risks to the deployment plan and suggesting mitigation options.
  • Participate as the technical counterpart to the project manager for third-party, customer, and internal meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Associate's Degree in a technical or engineering field and 6+ years of technical or engineering experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering public safety projects in a technical role or enterprise-level technical deployment projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in English.
