Job Title: BDC Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team as a BDC Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and follow up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership.
  • Provide outstanding customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow and maintain relationships with former customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor and contact internet leads to convert them into sales and service opportunities.
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by active listening and providing personalized solutions.
  • Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments for sales and service.
  • Perform surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve our services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferably a proven track record in a BDC center or call center.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Verifiable work history.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong English skills.
