Position Overview:
To enhance our customers' experience, we require a dedicated team that excels in operational finance.

Our Finance & Administration Services division is responsible for managing essential resources and infrastructure that empower our workforce to perform effectively at all levels.

This department is structured to ensure that our retail sectors and executive management receive the necessary support to maintain successful operations.


Team Composition:
Our Finance teams encompass:
Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Treasury.

Position Type:
Full-Time

Work Arrangement:
This role is eligible for a hybrid work model, permitting remote work up to three days a week, while requiring in-office presence at least two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
All duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Serve as a bridge between the National Operations Committee and Finance teams.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Buying, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to address business inquiries through analytical methods.
  • Act as a subject matter expert by delivering comprehensive business and technical analysis tailored to the needs of the National Operations Committee.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Notify management of recurring challenges or when additional training for the team may be necessary.
  • Examine and interpret operational and financial KPIs.
  • Support management in financial planning, margin budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc business evaluations.
  • Lead intricate analyses for the operations team that yield actionable insights.
  • Identify and drive business improvement initiatives based on data collection, establishing and creating necessary project deliverables.
  • Conduct research and analysis to clarify current and historical operational activities, anticipated sales and margin trends, and the potential impact of changes. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure high data integrity and take appropriate measures to investigate any data discrepancies.
  • Translate the needs of the National Operations Committee into effective data visualizations.
  • Develop and apply various data modeling techniques for new reporting and initiatives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different functions.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members to cultivate a motivated and professional workforce.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and relay pertinent information to leadership.
  • Safeguard the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the scope of responsibility.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting is required.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge is acceptable.
  • Experience with data modeling, data extraction, analytics, and visualization tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work may be conducted in an office, remote office, or a combination of both, utilizing a computer and office equipment as necessary.
  • Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move between areas.
  • Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
  • Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel Requirements:
  • International and domestic travel may be required.
  • Up to 5% travel expected.
