Position Summary:

As a Senior Architectural Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in our Architecture and Engineering division, overseeing architectural projects from initial concept through to final execution. Your expertise in field assessments, material selection, specifications, construction methodologies, building regulations, and zoning laws will be essential. Collaborating with a diverse team of MEP, Site/Civil, and Structural Engineers, as well as Construction Project Managers, you will ensure effective communication and coordination with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients and conduct thorough project assessments.
  • Draft and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Plan staffing requirements and establish budgetary guidelines for all team members involved in projects.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure all activities are coordinated effectively.
  • Review designs for quality assurance, and facilitate the permitting process.
  • Manage accounts receivable, efficiency metrics, profitability assessments, and oversee the financial management of projects.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, maintaining organized project documentation and tracking billable hours.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of design liability and constructability issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural production, preferably with a focus on restaurant projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
  • Familiarity with Revit, MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is advantageous.

Team Dynamics:

You will collaborate with a team of Designers, Architects, and Engineers to support our restaurant clientele, reporting directly to a Project Manager.
