Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and oversight to the business development efforts within the region, driving growth and expansion.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement winning sales strategies to drive growth in assigned territories, leveraging market data and analysis.
  • Territory Planning: Oversee the development and execution of territory plans to maximize market penetration, ensuring a strong presence in the region.
  • Field Coaching: Conduct regular field coaching ride-alongs with Hospice Care Consultants (HCCs), providing guidance and support to ensure sales success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in multi-agency healthcare sales management.
