Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process accounts payable invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and amounts owed.
  • Perform reconciliations and provide accounts payable assistance to other departments.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and reports related to accounts payable.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and commission processing as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in accounting or business, or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience, with related industry experience a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts and interest.
