You will work closely with our team to elicit, document, and manage requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and analyze requirements for complex solutions
  • Elicit and document requirements through use cases and system specifications
  • Manage and supervise business or systems analysts on large system replacement projects
  • Develop and maintain technical and architectural documentation standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal IT personnel and business unit users

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in planning, analyzing, and managing requirements for complex solutions
  • Expert-level experience in requirement management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Strong technical analytical skills and proven documentation of analysis and recommendation
  • Experience with iterative development techniques, such as Agile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or completion of an accredited vocational training program in information technology or a related field
  • Experience with Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS) or Team Services Foundation (TFS)
  • Working-level knowledge of writing and modifying SQL statements
