Executive Director, Home Health Operations

As the Director of Home Health, you will be responsible for leading the operational direction and management of Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice (PSHCH). This includes ensuring the efficient coordination of services, high clinical quality, and effective human resource, information, compliance, fiscal, and business management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership for the development, coordination, and implementation of annual and long-range strategic plans and budgets for PSHCH.
- Ensures the delivery of quality services, including providing vision for high-quality services and programs, facilitating collaborative planning with Clinical Leaders, and assuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and payer requirements.
- Provides leadership for the continuous improvement of all programs and services, utilizing established outcome measurements.
- Manages human resources, including promoting systems and processes that attract and retain highly engaged employees, and ensuring policies are in place for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Leads the development of long-range and annual budgets, with stewardship accountability for management of the organization within Providence-approved budget parameters.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in home health or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Clinical Leaders and other stakeholders.
