Director, Home Health Operations

As a Director of Home Health, you will be responsible for leading the operational direction and management of Providence Home and Community Care's (HCC) home health services. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic plans and budgets for HCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for the delivery of quality services, including the development and implementation of annual and long-range strategic plans and budgets.
- Lead the management of human resources, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, job descriptions, staff development, evaluation, promotion, and termination processes.
- Oversee the financial performance and compliance of HCC, including the development of long-range and annual budgets, budget control, cost determination, fee setting, and collections.
- Provide leadership for strategic business, information, and facility management, including the oversight of plans and systems to manage the network of information and telecommunication systems.
- Responsible for effective leadership, direction, and management for all of HCC's operations, including maintaining administrative control and designating the lines of authority and responsibility for all home health functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (PT, OT, RN, or SLP)
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare or business administration (preferred)
- 4 years of progressive healthcare senior leadership experience
- Expertise in community-based healthcare systems
- Administrative and fiscal management experience
- Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring clinical managers
