Job Title: Email Marketing Coordinator

Align Strategic, a leader in lower-mid-market business growth products and solutions in North America, is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Coordinator to join our distributed team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in coordinating digital marketing campaigns to win new and renewal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies that resonate with our target audience, crafting customized outreach campaigns to maximize engagement and outreach efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing campaigns for performance, utilizing advanced tools for A/B testing, CRM analytics, and other methodologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through personalized communication channels, including email, video, and phone follow-up, working in tandem with our sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and guided through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the conversion of leads into tangible appointments and, ultimately, customers, providing valuable insights and analytical reports to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, serving as the authority on campaign performance and paving the way for future campaign strategies and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold outbound email marketing and inbound marketing, with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with leading digital marketing platforms, including Marketo, SendGrid, Infusionsoft, Kajabi, Amplemarket, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and persuasive outreach messages.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with sales and marketing teams, contributing to a cohesive lead nurturing and conversion process.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or customer experience management.
  • Scrappy mentality, with a willingness to wear many hats and get hands dirty.
  • Technical curiosity and experience, with proficiency in platform knowledge.
  • Proven ability to educate executive decision-makers, building and maintaining relationships with them.
  • Proven track record of lead generation success within your book of business.
  • Excellent creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to be preemptive.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and present solutions to team members and customers.
  • Adaptable nature and the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once.
