Position Overview

The Email Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the execution of email marketing initiatives. This role involves a variety of tasks that ensure effective audience targeting and timely delivery of email communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the daily operations of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Email Development: Create, schedule, and conduct quality assurance checks on email content and audience segmentation using a sophisticated email marketing platform.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close partnership with essential stakeholders to guarantee that all marketing materials are delivered punctually.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance metrics and insights. Conduct additional analysis as needed.
  • Project Scope Definition: Collaborate with CRM Product Managers to identify and define new project scopes and opportunities.
  • Best Practices Guidance: Provide valuable insights and guidance to stakeholders based on industry best practices.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal documentation related to best practices and process development.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the email marketing domain, with a focus on email production, ideally within large-scale enterprise email platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and partnerships with outstanding client service skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of email technologies, industry best practices, and challenges.
  • Proficiency in front-end web development, including strong skills in hand-coding HTML and CSS.
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting across various browsers and email clients, with a solid grasp of web design and user experience principles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Development, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in CRM, loyalty programs, acquisition marketing, and lead management.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries and relational database concepts.
  • Working knowledge of XML, Photoshop, and Excel.
