Unlock Your Potential as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Developer to join our Global Rental Digital Marketing team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for executing and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders to align on an email calendar, and managing timelines and communication plans across various audience segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring timely and error-free execution.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team and stakeholders to align on email calendars and project timelines.
  • Manage audience lists, data flows, and tracking/reporting of campaign results in partnership with the CRM and IT teams.
  • Configure and manage Journeys and Automation Builder to drive email and SMS/mobile program development.
  • Partner with Digital Analysts to ensure campaigns are deployed with proper tagging, source tracking, and link structures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of work experience in email marketing, development, or other relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in an email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
  • Solid understanding and skillset of HTML and CSS coding specific to email.
  • Knowledge of email testing and optimization approaches.
  • Capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, build trust, and achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving business outcomes.
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools, Jira preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience working with mobile first and responsive design email templates and strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tagging and tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with 3rd party email tools such as Litmus, Sparkpost, MovableInk, and a working knowledge of how to best use these tools.
  • Basic proficiency in AmpScript or similar personalization language.
  • Understanding of SQL is preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Deep understanding of compliance principles- CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email laws and best practices.
