Job DescriptionThe Digital Health Product Strategist will partner closely with the Director of Product and the Head of Product to develop and drive the product vision and strategy for Lingo, our next-generation biosensing technology. This role involves leading the creation of exciting new products and features from inception to release, managing a product squad, and translating the product vision into detailed requirements and stories.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a product manager, managing and developing well-loved software products. They should demonstrate experience leading and influencing teams to identify and drive novel solutions to market, as well as previous experience collaborating with designers and developers in an agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product director to set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of Lingo
- Define and own end-to-end squad output strategy from inception to production (product features, roadmaps, and OKRs)
- Translate vision into detailed requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize and manage the backlog and allocate resources to drive complete and on-time feature delivery
- Drive sprint release plans together with the scrum master and manage interdependencies (Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across teams)
