The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo Division. Meet Lingo, a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition.

Job Description

The E-commerce Manager will oversee our online sales and presence, managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring our digital storefront delivers an exceptional customer experience and meets revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support and implement e-commerce strategies to drive both short-term sales and long-term growth
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce site, ensuring content is up-to-date, products are accurately listed, and site performance is optimized
  • Regularly update online merchandising, promotions, and pricing to stay competitive
  • Enhance the online customer journey, focusing on seamless navigation, secure transactions, and optimized device compatibility
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute effective digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and abandonment rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies to drive sales
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms – architecture, infrastructure as well as tech stack (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and digital marketing

Salary Range: $125,700.00 - $251,500.00 per year.
