Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Traffic Manager to join our creative team at Haus Labs by Lady Gaga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project pipelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage project pipelines, assign and kickoff new projects, and maintain project status and communications within project management tools.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Review and vet project briefs, facilitate project kickoffs, and ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.
- Timeline Management & Tracking: Build project timelines and resourcing plans, track status and pace of progress, and raise risk flags as needed.
- Resource Management: Own creative team planning calendar and resource allocation, monitor workload, and assign projects across multiple timelines and work streams.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate creative prioritization and resourcing discussions with cross-channel teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Channel Program Management: Interface cross-functionally for alignment across all stages of the project cycle, including briefing, scope, and deliverables.
- Visual Merchandising: Manage and track all launches and updates relating to US/Canada and EU/UK Sephora gondolas, including design and copy deliverables.
- Vendor Support: Track and liaise between creative team members and outside vendors/contractors for the smooth and timely delivery of outsourced collateral.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of Project Management experience, preferably working with Creative & Marketing teams
- Thorough knowledge of creative process & workflows
- Firm grasp of beauty industry concepts
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through
- Possesses strong communication skills, diplomacy, and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or complex situations
- Both an organized and creative thinker with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage across multiple teams, projects, and priorities efficiently and effectively
- Understanding of retail/e-commerce, beauty, and industry trends
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with cross-functional departments
- Proficient knowledge of Project Management software (Asana, Wrike, and/or Figma a plus)
