Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Specialist, Subject Matter Expert to support one of its premier space programs. As a key member of our team, you will provide acquisition support across a broad range of activities, including research, development, production, operations, and lifecycle acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee contract personnel supporting Business Operations, Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution, Acquisition Reporting, Management, Communications, and Government Audits.
- Provide acquisition support across the following business functions:
- Develop and implement tools, processes, and procedures
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct document reviews and assessments
- Identify and report discrepancies, findings, and recommendations
- Provide contractor recommendations
- Facilitate routine and ad-hoc meetings
- Administer meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Archive data and maintain functional trainings
- DoD Secret security clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, Master's degree is preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
- Ten plus (10+) years of demonstrated relevant experience is required
The full salary range for this position is $125,000 to $220,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
