Business Development Associate

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Venture Solar. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss solar energy solutions
- Provide educational presentations on the benefits of solar energy
- Close deals and meet sales targets
- Work collaboratively with appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success
- Outside sales experience, preferably in home sales
- Solar experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

- Base salary plus uncapped commission

Compensation:
Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
