Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Executive to lead our Defense and Intelligence division in Red River's Government Technology Services (GTS) business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and developing strategic business opportunities in the COCOMS and SOF markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing and business development strategy for COCOMS and SOF growth
  • Lead the development of customer call plans and manage the full business development life-cycle process
  • Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities and shape customer requirements
  • Drive differentiation in Red River's solutions and create a compelling value proposition
  • Partner with the technology team and solution architects to coalesce the division's strategy
Qualifications:
  • BA degree in a technical field and 10+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of business development leadership experience in defense, security, or government services
  • Strategic thinker with long-term business growth objectives
  • Demonstrated successes in leading $25M+ opportunities from identification through proposal submission
  • Experience managing budgets of $5M+
