Job Title: Site Supervisor

At Verizon - GA - Alpharetta, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Community Management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in promoting a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations, sets, and movement of the overall logistics of the assigned space/floor for office/desk and meeting spaces.
  • Drive process improvement for all things related to Concierge, Hospitality, and Meetings & Events.
  • Manage in-house schedule for Alpharetta NP team and communicate weekly with Regional Manager.
  • Work with Regional Manager and virtual Peer Training team to assist with hiring, training, and on-boarding all new hires for this location.
  • Provide necessary documentation and communication for progressive discipline, as needed.
  • Maintain and review guest comment scores to achieve set goals.
  • Ensure all space is clean, operational, and report any and all defects throughout the day.
  • Plan non-complex client events when assigned or appropriate; partner with Event Support on direction.

Requirements:

  • Three years' experience in the hospitality industry with at least two years of that experience associated with hotels, conference centers, meeting venues, or corporate office concierge services.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in supervising a team; including experience with employee evaluations and service recovery expertise.
  • Experience with event operations and planning experience preferred.
  • Experience with Audio Visual equipment preferred.
  • Excellent computer software knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, to all other departments, and interdepartmentally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
