We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team at Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL). As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support related to PPL's environment by responding to end-user questions, monitoring day-to-day operations, isolating problems, and identifying and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technology-related customer service and professionalism in support of PPL's mission and culture.
  • Respond to all levels of support tickets, including those requiring an in-depth understanding of PPL's technical environment.
  • Perform maintenance and support functions for assigned technologies within PPL's infrastructure.
  • Coordinate project efforts for technology upgrades or implementation projects; coordinate technology components of new building construction.
  • Act as technology focal point for assigned PPL properties.
Requirements:
  • Required three years of technology experience.
  • Valid certification, Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred.
  • Microsoft certification and/or 3 years of experience managing a Windows enterprise environment; willingness to work toward further certification.
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft365 support of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Basic understanding of VMware; network monitoring and troubleshooting; information security; PC setup/configuration/troubleshooting/repair; Experience with Microsoft Azure and desktop imaging would be a plus.
