Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate - Feeder/Packer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing products according to customer specifications, identifying and addressing product quality issues, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection and Packing: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and pack them according to customer specifications.
  • Quality Control: Identify and address product quality issues, and assist in resolving them.
  • Daily Paperwork: Complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Setup and Changeover: Support the Operator in setup and changeover tasks as required.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out assigned duties.
  • Safety and Teamwork: Actively participate in safety programs, assist team members when necessary, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
