Job Overview

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Manufacturing Production Specialist to become a vital part of our client's workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute all tasks related to gathering, weighing, and packaging across various equipment in the manufacturing process, including the utilization of computer control system software.
  • Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions while providing constructive feedback to management.
  • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility and engage in 5S practices.
  • Carry out all responsibilities in a manner that ensures a safe working environment for all personnel, adhering to Quality Management System protocols, including accurate documentation in all operational areas.
  • Support colleagues and foster a collaborative team atmosphere while employing effective communication skills.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors, team leads, or other management personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing setting
  • Preferred experience in batch manufacturing
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus
