Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor account management personnel, ensuring top-tier client service and fostering employee morale.
  • Design and execute process enhancements, scalable training initiatives, and onboarding protocols to optimize client success and satisfaction.
  • Oversee client retention strategies, satisfaction metrics, and support systems, acting as a primary escalation point for account-related challenges.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to spearhead special projects, continuous improvement efforts, and strategic objectives.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, selection of software tools, and nurturing a cooperative team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years in customer service or sales roles.
  2. At least 2 years in a managerial position within customer service, leading a team of four or more direct reports.
  3. Demonstrated capability to analyze performance data and effectively manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Strong proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, showcasing technical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in the printing, packaging, or a similar sector.
  2. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
