Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor the client success team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and team morale.
  • Design and execute strategies for process enhancement, training initiatives, and onboarding to elevate client experience.
  • Manage client retention and satisfaction metrics, acting as a key point of contact for any escalated client concerns.

Essential Qualifications:
