Job Overview

At NielsenIQ, we collaborate with retailers to enhance their understanding of consumer behavior and optimize their operations across various sectors.

As a Client Success Manager, you will oversee all client interactions and ensure the overall effectiveness of NielsenIQ's services at the client level.

Your role involves delivering timely results and value to clients through data and analytics that enhance the overall customer experience and elevate NielsenIQ's standing in the market.

Join our Retail Team and engage with clients as a consultant, problem solver, and the representative voice of NielsenIQ.

Upon joining the NielsenIQ team, you will embrace an experience that demands adaptability, curiosity, and enthusiasm. As a Client Success Manager on the Retail Analytics team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Independently conducting analyses utilizing NielsenIQ's proprietary tools and secondary data to generate insights that promote client success.

2. Leading engagement on strategic projects and initiatives for both clients and internal NielsenIQ teams.


3. Cultivating expertise to advise leading clients on marketing strategies and industry trends, participating in discussions and presentations as needed.

4. Establishing strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

5. Identifying opportunities for collaboration across NielsenIQ teams to drive client sales.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree required.

- 4-8 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, and Retail sectors, with application to client-related business challenges.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Experience in a client service environment, with the ability to build, maintain, and enhance client relationships in complex scenarios.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication skills, particularly in addressing client issues and delivering presentations.

- Ability to maintain positive client relationships in challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.

- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Logical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- A sense of urgency and accountability to drive client results.

- Capability to synthesize data and simplify findings to address client business challenges.

- Collaborative approach to working with internal and external teams.

- Willingness to learn or experience in analyzing large datasets, preferably using SQL, Snowflake, R, or similar tools.
