Job Title: Rush Rewards Manager

Summary: Oversees the development and implementation of loyalty program strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Acts as the lead for marketing communications to promote program benefits and maximize customer loyalty. Manages new card sign-up activities and ensures seamless customer experience across program benefits and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic goals for increasing new card sign-ups and customer loyalty
  • Coordinate and communicate offers and promotions to assist guests with account questions and enhance their loyalty program experience
  • Manage all aspects of loyalty program operations, including player soft program scheduling and guest services
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and data integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Set goals for email capture and ensure guest satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews and act as a resource for guests and staff, coaching and developing employees to meet performance expectations
  • Investigate complaints, review accounts, and ensure efficient guest services, maintaining a positive and professional work environment
  • Manage departmental budget and ensure regulatory compliance, making informed business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred, with a strong understanding of loyalty program operations
  • 3+ years of casino industry experience, with a focus on customer experience and loyalty program management
  • Experience with casino management systems and ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail, with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Required to see, talk, hear, use hands, reach, and use a computer, with occasional lifting and moving up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner, with occasional stooping or kneeling
