You will work independently, yet collaboratively, to develop operational strategies and procedures to build a strong benefit operations framework.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of benefit programs, systems, and strategies.
- Design standardized benefit operations processes and oversee deployment to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage benefits projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in-country benefit analysts to develop project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Analyse and evaluate program risks, producing reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Lead a team of 2-3 benefit analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
You will be part of the Global Benefits Team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving organizational success through innovative benefit programs and initiatives across 42 countries. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to lead global projects spanning multiple countries to achieve our strategic goals. Our team values creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of our work.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, program management, project management or related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex problems and make strategic recommendations.
- Skilled self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
