As a Senior Program Manager, Benefits and Rewards at Clarivate, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing benefit programs and initiatives aligned with our organizational objectives. You will work independently, yet collaboratively, to develop operational strategies and procedures to build a strong benefit operations framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of benefit programs, systems, and strategies.
  • Design standardized benefit operations processes and oversee deployment to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage benefits projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in-country benefit analysts to develop project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Analyse and evaluate program risks, producing reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 benefit analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, program management, project management or related field.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex problems and make strategic recommendations.
  • Skilled self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
