About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Services Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team at HCAOA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and caregivers, ensuring seamless care delivery and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing cases and assessing new clients to ensure accurate and efficient care delivery
  • Providing resources and support to clients and caregivers to promote a positive care experience
  • Building strong relationships with our in-field care professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Managing the staffing schedule for caregivers in our WellSky system to ensure optimal care delivery
  • Assisting with other related administrative duties and projects as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Prior scheduling/staffing experience, preferably in home health or in-home care
  • Case Manager or Social Worker certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and management
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
