About the Role

Bankwell is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new business banking products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic programs aimed at growing our business customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products and services for businesses, ensuring they align with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
  • Project Management: Effectively run projects to deliver new products and features, serving as project manager for your initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (at least 5 years) in product, program, or project management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on small business or commercial products.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

Bankwell offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $175,000, depending on experience.
