Senior Agile Product Development Team Lead

This is an engaging and challenging opportunity that requires a servant leader and coach with expertise in Agile team facilitation, impediment removal, and ARTs event coordination. You'll also be responsible for trending and best practices for Agile team management, coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, and coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in product development, 5+ years of Agile experience in a change agent role, and familiarity with firmware and software development. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and the Scaled Agile Framework is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a servant leader and coach for an Agile team facilitating team events, processes, and supporting ARTs in delivering value.
- Helping to remove impediments and fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
- Helping in the coordination of team participation in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events, increasing the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization.
- Remaining up to date on trends and best practices for Agile team management.
- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Being the point of contact for external communications (stakeholders).
- Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur.
- Helping teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each Agile sprint.
- Guiding development teams to higher Scrum maturity.
- Helping build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on the location in New Haven, CT, and the level of experience required.
