Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Enterprise Applications to leverage their industry expertise at Supermicro. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of skilled SAP Basis professionals, guiding daily operations and steering our SAP upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Enterprise Applications, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, implementing, and enhancing SAP configurations to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Configuring SAP to seamlessly integrate with third-party software solutions and vendors.
  • Providing technical support for SAP Basis systems, establishing standards and requirements.
  • Implementing solutions for performance monitoring and system configuration.
  • Ensuring the reliability and efficiency of SAP systems within a secure environment.
  • Managing SAP-related technical challenges, swiftly identifying and resolving issues.
  • Overseeing system refreshes for Java systems and client copies for ABAP systems.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Development, and Testing teams.
  • Participating in IT/SAP projects, offering technical guidance and best practices.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A degree in a computer-based discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of SAP Basis experience, ideally in complex enterprise hybrid environments, with a focus on implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
  • Familiarity with the HANA database, SDI, HCP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in SAP system builds, Support Pack upgrades, and Kernel upgrades.
  • Knowledge of PO, middleware, integration, and web technologies for SAP solutions.
  • Experience integrating SAP and Non-SAP applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
  • Expertise in managing SAP archiving configuration, design, and implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills to conduct system administration operations following industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000. The offered salary will depend on various factors, including location, experience, education, and skills. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
