Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of multiple categories within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement category strategies, focusing on supplier development to fulfill both company and customer needs.
- Lead negotiations and contracting processes with suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage a team of senior professionals, providing guidance on performance management and career development.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to discuss supply chain strategies and their implications on business performance.
- Drive operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain through process improvements.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, contributing to the development of long-term organizational goals.
- Ensure effective demand and supply matching at a strategic level, meeting key business metrics.
Qualifications:
- A first-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of supply chain and procurement strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in complex, international environments.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
