Job Summary:
We are in search of a skilled Manager of Enterprise Applications who possesses extensive industry knowledge and experience. As a vital member of our enterprise applications team, you will oversee a group of proficient SAP Basis technical specialists, guiding daily operations and managing our SAP upgrade initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Enterprise Applications, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP configurations to enhance system availability and performance.
  • Configuring SAP to seamlessly integrate with third-party software solutions and vendors.
  • Providing technical support for SAP Basis systems, including the establishment of standards and requirements.
  • Implementing solutions for performance monitoring, systems configuration, design, and execution.
  • Ensuring reliable and efficient operation of SAP systems within a secure environment.
  • Managing SAP-related technical challenges, swiftly identifying, addressing, and resolving issues.
  • Conducting system refreshes for Java systems and client copies for ABAP systems.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Development, and Testing teams.
  • Participating in diverse IT/SAP projects, offering technical guidance and best practices.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Over 8 years of SAP Basis experience, preferably in complex enterprise hybrid environments, with a focus on implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
  • Familiarity with the HANA database, SDI, HCP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience in SAP system builds, Support Pack upgrades, and Kernel upgrades for system maintenance.
  • Knowledge of PO, middleware, integration, and web technologies for SAP solutions.
  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing SAP archiving configuration, design, and implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and conduct system administration operations using industry best practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts in both technical and user-friendly terms.
  • A proactive approach to researching technical issues and technology products.
  • A self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset.
  • The capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000. The offered salary will depend on various factors, including location, level of education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparisons to other employees in similar roles. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may qualify for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
