Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Below are the essential duties and responsibilities (additional tasks may also be assigned):
  • Develop, implement, and enhance SAP configurations to ensure optimal availability and performance.
  • Configure SAP for seamless integration with third-party software solutions and vendors.
  • Offer technical support for SAP Basis systems, establishing standards and requirements.
  • Implement solutions for performance monitoring, system configuration, design, and execution.
  • Ensure reliable and efficient operation of SAP systems within a secure environment.
  • Address and resolve SAP-related technical issues promptly.
  • Manage system refreshes for Java systems and client copies for ABAP systems.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Development, and Testing teams.
  • Engage in various IT/SAP projects, providing technical guidance and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Over 8 years of SAP Basis experience, preferably in complex enterprise hybrid environments, with a focus on implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
  • Familiarity with the HANA database, SDI, HCP, and other relevant technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience in SAP system build, Support Pack Upgrade, and Kernel Upgrade for system patching and SAP Change Management cycle maintenance.
  • Knowledge of PO, middleware, integration, and web technologies related to SAP solutions.
  • Proficiency in integrating SAP and Non-SAP applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms.
  • Experience in managing SAP archiving configuration, design, and implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to conduct system administration operations following industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts in user-friendly terms.
  • Capacity to research technical issues and technology products effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000. The offered salary will be influenced by various factors, including location, experience level, education, specific skills, and comparison to existing employees in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may qualify for other compensation forms, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
