Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Clerk to join our team at Graham Hospital District. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify patient demographic and financial information
  • Prepare and process patient paperwork, including insurance authorizations and admitting forms
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and other department staff
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations for services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of customer service experience preferred
  • Medical office or healthcare experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
