Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Assured Home Health, a part of LHC Group, the preferred post-acute care partner for hospitals, physicians, and families nationwide. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Based on this assessment and evaluation, you will help determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Determine a treatment plan based on the assessment and evaluation.
  • Perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being.
  • Evaluate the patient's progress.

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
