Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at North Fulton Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support research and research utilization.
- Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and required mandatory education.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor certification.
