Project Manager Overview

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing sales initiatives, and managing on-site labor for various projects. This position requires a strong commitment to both the work and the overall objectives of ACCO Engineered Systems. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for guiding Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between ACCO and clients
  • Oversee all project management activities from initial design to final execution
  • Effectively manage contracts, encompassing sales, estimation, procurement, and implementation
  • Organize field labor and installation timelines
  • Comprehend the financial components of projects, including budget forecasting and expense management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external clients
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide mentorship and participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation, design, and project management
  • Proven track record in generating new business opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management capabilities

The annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, contingent upon individual qualifications and experience.
