Position Overview

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week - Eligible for PTO, 401k, and benefits.

Role Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver direct support in a residential environment for individuals with special needs. The goal is to enhance their overall quality of life, focusing on their physical, emotional, and mental well-being while complying with CCARC policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a genuine interest in assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. It is essential to obtain and maintain all necessary training certifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is required.

Additional Requirements: All applicants must be eligible to become, or already be, DDS Med. Certified. COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
