Job Title: Regional Sales Director

SK Life Science, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Great Lakes region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing regional business plans, and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive sales growth and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales and/or sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare markets
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in epilepsy and/or CNS experience in neurology is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
