Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team at Drury Hotels. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, integrity, and service to others, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive situations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with HR software such as Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Human Resources team with administrative tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations
