Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the residential sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant product lines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and sales acumen.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting business documents.
