As a key member of our operations team, the Landscape Production Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients' outdoor spaces. This position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality landscaping services, while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Landscape Quality and Efficiency
    • Partner with Account Managers and clients to conduct thorough landscape quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
    • Create detailed job service plans for each client using our Aspire software system.
    • Provide production planning, oversight, and guidance to supervisors and team members on client job sites to drive customer satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members.
    • Contribute to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor and materials costs.
  • Promoting Culture, Training, and Safety
    • Oversee hiring and staffing needs to ensure teams are appropriately staffed.
    • Demonstrate ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and hold all team members accountable for following safety procedures.
    • Educate and train crew members on various safety topics.
    • Continuously mentor supervisors to lead teams and develop crew member talent.
