Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Field Manager with day-to-day operations, including leading a two-person crew for fieldwork.
  • Operate company vehicles and equipment, such as vacuums, power washers, generators, pumps, and power tools.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of assigned properties and stormwater systems.
  • Perform minor repairs, replacements, and installations of stormwater filtration units.
  • Support the Field Manager in purchasing materials and equipment.
  • Help with dispatching, scheduling service routes, and property surveys.

Work Environment:

  • Fieldwork: Operate as part of a two-person crew, cover for team members as needed, and work independently on smaller jobs.
  • Office work: Handle scheduling, complete service reports, and assist with material orders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or maintenance work.
  • Mechanically inclined, with a good understanding of tools and equipment.
  • Comfortable with getting dirty and working in various outdoor environments.
  • Available to work 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, early starts, and overtime.
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in using Outlook, CRM databases, email, and Excel.
  • Valid Driver's License (required).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $24 - $28 per hour (based on experience), equivalent to $50,000 - $58,000 annually. Raises based on merit.
  • Benefits Include:
    • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time after 90 days.
    • $100 monthly health reimbursement allowance after 90 days.
    • 401(k) with a 50% employer match after 1 year.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
  • No night shifts.
