We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Lead Medical Receptionist to join our team at Tru Medical Management. This role will be responsible for managing front desk operations, training and performance management of reception teams, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring seamless patient flow and efficient administrative tasks.
- Train and develop front desk teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain standard practices and training documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, checking patients in and out, and assisting with referrals and appointment scheduling.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scanning, faxing, and answering calls routed from the call center.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in a receptionist role.
- Eclinicalworks experience highly preferred.
Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
Education and Experience- High school or equivalent (Required).
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred).
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred).
- Lead receptionist role: 2 years (Required).
- Spanish required.
