Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze revenue transactions to determine the correct constituent, designation, application, and other transaction details.
  • Properly code transaction details into the CRM batch screen using a defined sequence to ensure accurate data.
  • Process all different types of batches in UIF's CRM, taking care of any batch exceptions to ensure all transactions are accounted for and committed to the system.
  • Update constituents' contact and relationship information based on source documentation received.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of related work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) with the ability to exercise courtesy, tact, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to recognize and set priorities and coordinate work to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse constituent groups.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and basic web search engines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with accounting or business-related fields.
  • Experience with the donor Tracking and Engagement Database (TED) and Hyland Onbase.
  • Knowledge of University of Illinois Foundation and University of Illinois administrative systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with University Advancement activities.
