Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting with transactions, and promoting Sam's Club products and services. You will also be responsible for assisting with the training of new associates and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the self-checkout area and exit areas.
  • Assist with transactions, including processing member purchases and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Provide exceptional service to members, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Assist with the training of new associates and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
