Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Carle Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Qualify and assign leads generated by internal marketing efforts to contracted brokers or internal sales associates.
  • Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to assembling mailings, distributing faxes, processing credit card transactions, and filing.
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns to existing members.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years General - Customer Service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written skills geared toward communicating with Medicare beneficiaries.
  • Able to project a positive image and deal compassionately with Medicare/Medicaid beneficiaries.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
